Molly was co-chair of the 2012 OADC Annual Convention, which was held in Sunriver Resort, OR. Also, Deanna and Vicki presented at two breakout sessions at the convention.  Deanna’s presentation was titled, “Executing the Change Order: Allocation of Fault.”  Vicki’s presentation was titled, “The Apprentice: Second Chair Justifications & Considerations.”

Jason was a panel speaker at the MC Consultants 3rd Annual Pacific Northwest Construction Defect Seminar, which was held at the Downtown Portland Embassy Suites Hotel .  He was part of a panel that spoke on the topic – Statute of Limitations of CD Cases in Oregon: History, Current Application, Completed Operations & Insurance Coverage.

Cannon Lee Edward Catherman was born on June 11, 2012 and weighed nearly 11.5 pounds.  We are excited for Erin and Lee and their new family.  We are also excited to meet Cannon.

Bodyfelt Mount proudly sponsored the 12th Annual Race for Justice benefiting the St. Andrew Legal Clinic, a non-profit that helps low-income Oregonians receive legal services in areas of child custody and support, divorce, domestic violence prevention, guardianship, parenting time, spousal support, and step-parent adoption. This year’s Race was held on June 16, 2012 and raised over $150,000 for the non-profit. It was a beautiful sunny day, and Bodyfelt members, family, and friends had a great time participating in the 5K run and walk.
