The Washington Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Bodyfelt Mount’s client in Chandler v. Kuhlman, et al, __ Wash. App. ___ (Jan 4, 2011). The court reversed and remanded the trial court’s decision awarding summary judgment to plaintiff in a dispute among residential neighbors that changed the property boundaries.
